CHEREAU warranty

 

CHEREAU has been recognised for the great quality and high level of performance of its products for more than 65 years. Nevertheless, perfectly natural demand from our customers occasionally drives us to improve certain solutions, and a dedicated team is available to listen to your comments and requests. A warranty claim form is available in your customer area.

 

CHEREAU provides a 24-month warranty for its new vehicles, covering parts and labour, with no restriction on mileage. This warranty applies on condition that you have adhered to the use and maintenance instructions issued and presented when your vehicle is delivered.

 

Warranties for refrigeration units, tailgates and axles are provided directly by our partner suppliers, and we will assist you with their warranty processes.
